Why engage with Digital Determined?
If you are running (or plan to embark upon) a Digital Transformation program, the stakes are high - the Board will invest many millions and will expect breakthrough business returns. But complex transformation programs rarely run smoothly, and delay or disruption inevitably means higher program costs and lost benefits. By setting up your program for success, and by dealing effectively with specific program challenges, progress can be accelerated, costs can be avoided, and business returns dramatically increased.
Based on many years of major digital and IT transformation experience, Digital Determined can help you quickly zoom in on key program challenges and acceleration opportunities. The focused interventions offered can be tuned to your specific situation and can offer a smart solution to a big problem.
From first contact to delivering successful outcomes
If you are embarking on digital transformation or are frustrated by the low speed of digital transformation in your own company, please get in touch! A short informal introduction is usually enough to explore the opportunities and challenges that you face, and to determine whether an "intervention" approach is a good fit in your situation.
Any proposed work is of course always tailored to your specific case. The effort involved and the duration of the assignment is dependent on the defined objectives, scope and the feasibility of planning.
Focus is on outcomes. An agile approach is proposed to ensure flexibility in adapting priorities as insights and circumstances change.
For smaller assignments, I personally lead and execute the work, engaging and collaborating closely with defined stakeholders and existing teams as necessary for success.
For larger assignments, I provide the leadership, direction and coaching for the assigned internal resources. Over time, internal resources will develop the skills and experience to take-over and further progress the initiative.
Success is highly dependent on engagement with stakeholders, and (where assigned) the availability of internal resources.
