Why is this important?
This intervention mobilizes the plan defined by the Digital Workforce strategy and executes activities that creates the mindsets, capabilities and skills that are necessary to reach the digital North Star. It is ultimately people that both drive change and must adapt to the new digital reality, and therefore ensuring people readiness must be central to the transformation program.
